Security is about protecting and assisting customers, but it is also about ensuring they remain satisfied. My degree in human services and history with customer service ensure that I bring the "human" aspect to security every day.In my current role with Fidelity Investments, I work with a broad range of technology to ensure the safety and security of every employee. I investigate cases when threats are made to Fidelity employees or clients. I also assist in the onboarding experience and lead groups of over 25 people in tours around the branch office. In my spare time I enjoy writing, playing games, and relaxing with lofi music.
