* Developed the Library's first comprehensive referencing and writing Style-Guide. * Ongoing delivery of introductory referencing and writing classes to new users throughout the year, as well as a one-to-one service for any queries that may arise during the year.* Developed, managed, and delivered the Library's first Twitter account.* Primary responsibility for all issues pertaining to the Library's Library Management System (Liberty).
