Coordinates the Intake/psych ED waiting area in conjunction with other intake/ED Team Members to ensure the care, welfare, safety and security of persons served. Responsible to coordinate with law enforcement, other hospitals, central access and outpatient agencies by providing phone screening and triage for individuals needing placement in a behavioral health receiving facility. Responds to telephone and in-person requests for referrals to internal and external sources. Performs other duties as assigned.
