Graduated from Local 100 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union 1985. Enjoyed working for MCC Powers building pneumatic controls panels and installing new controls systems at Hospitals, Office buildings, Schools. Started work at Dallas ISD in late 1987 doing service work on Pneumatic controls in the schools and Office and Admin buildings. 2011 transitioned to DDC controls (Johnson, Distech, Trane, Siemens others) have been the Controls Supervisor since 2014. Deal directly with the Bond program on new controls being replaced in schools, give direction on schools needing updating and prioritizing those needing replaced quickly. Run Controls budgets from $400,00.00 to $700,000.00. Identifiy buildings needing controls replacements and obtain quotes and PO's for controls to be replaced with Distech controls and integrated into a Tridium Niagara Jace. Supply Controls Techs with parts and controllers as needed. Supervise Techs running the Controls call center that assists campuses with HVAC and Controls issues to fix the problem remotely or assign the correct field tech to respond.
