Therafit Rehab and Physical Therapy: Outpatient rehab center with PT and OT. Here I worked with a wide variety of patients with physical and intellectual disabilities as well. This organizations specialty was working with patients that had neurological deficits. Examples included patients with MS, stroke, head and spinal injuries, cerebral palsy, bipolar disorder and learning disorders such as autism and ADD. It was not much of a caseload when we started but by the time I left I was full time as well as a COTA and our schedules were quite full. We developed some very creative and effective programs for our patients. May 2017 to August 2018.

Tristate Hand and Occupational Therapy: Small outpatient rehab and home health. We provide service for a wide variety of problems including Stroke, Cerebral Palsy, Shoulder Injuries and Surgeries, Hip and Knee Replacement as well as Hand and Arm Injuries, Intellectually and Physically Disabled, Neck Pain, Balance Difficulties. Developed protocols for a variety of problems including shoulder tendonitis, carpal tunnel, balance problems due to peripheral neuropathy and visual perceptual deficits. I do treatments in our clinic, patient’s homes, group homes and daycare centers. May 1998 to May 2017.
