Negotiating with suppliers: Work with suppliers to negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other terms and conditions of the supplier agreement.3. Managing supplier relationships: Responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and ensuring that they meet the organization's needs.4. Maintaining supplier databases: Maintain databases of suppliers and supplier information, including contact information, pricing, and performance metrics.5. Monitoring supplier performance: Monitor the performance of suppliers to ensure that they meet the organization's standards and requirements.6. Identifying cost savings opportunities: Responsible for identifying cost savings opportunities and implementing strategies to achieve cost savings through better pricing, negotiation, or supplier selection.7. Coordinating and communicating with internal teams: Communicate effectively with other internal teams such as procurement, engineering, quality assurance & finance to ensure that the needs of the organization are being met by the suppliers8.
