We are a leading supplier if 12 volt lighting to the recreational vehicle industry. We also design and build both simple and complex wire harness assemblies for multiple industries and offer customized injection molding of a wide range of plastics.

Identifying, contacting and recruiting new business partners to establish new mover direct mail and digital ad campaign programs across the country.

Led the congregation through a period of accelerated debt reduction and elimination of the building mortgage several years ahead of schedule; emphasized the need for prayer, calling the church to full weeks (172 hours total) of around-the-clock prayer at the church at the start of every year for several years, as well as several other prayer initiatives; led the church in creative ways of fulfilling the Great Commission through increased community acceptance of the church through outreach events, involvement in community events, opening the church facilities for community use, starting and publishing a monthly full-color community newspaper with a distribution of approximately 4000 copies (while serving as Editor-in-Chief, reporter, photographer, advertising sales rep, and school and community liaison); working closely with the church youth director in starting an after-school tutoring center for students in a downtown storefront location; worked with youth to organize and sponsor overnight outreach events which usually drew over 100 students to the church, and helped organize, raise funds for, and promote Hopefest– a youth oriented concert drawing approximately 1000 people to the fairgrounds bandstand through well-known bands and speakers; serving as a committee member for a local community festival and leading the church to oversee and staff an important segment of that festival; led the church in the hiring of a part-time youth pastor, who eventually became a full-time associate; brought new leadership and direction to the Worship Team through a period of instability and transition; developed policies and established guidelines to guide and develop various ministries, developing people in their areas of gifts and talents, and empowering them to serve as God has called them; leading worship; and teaching various classes and seminars for the church and community. I have also provided counsel to struggling pastors and helped coach a local church through a restart.

Led the church through a process of healing, recovery, and strengthening following a painful church split which occurred before my arrival; led in the restoration of the image of the church in the community to become a recognized source of spiritual integrity, leadership, and community care and involvement; emphasized small-group discipleship; established a working budget; made multiple improvements to the church and youth facilities, including multiple technological improvements; significantly increased financial stewardship; greatly increased community outreach and presence through bulk mailings of Christian magazines, establishing of a Christian radio station for our valley, showing Christian and family-friendly films at the local community theater, constructing a small-scale drive-in movie theater at our youth facility to show free movies to the community; working with our local public school to bring Christian concerts and speakers to our school and community; facilitated growth in the children’s program and helped the youth program transition through two leadership changes; worked with the county sheriff to start a law enforcement chaplaincy corps and served as the corps leader and law enforcement liaison; served as Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and organized a welcome program for new residents.

Engaged in sales and customer service, including equipment selection and usage, as well as film processing and printing. Created and taught photography seminars to expand customer base and significantly increased sales.

Brought new vision and a renewed sense of ministry following the loss of many families the year before arriving. Emphasized individual discipleship and saw many mature into positions of leadership and ministry. Facilitated strong growth in children’s ministry and youth ministry, as well as growth in young family attendance and involvement. Facilitated increased community awareness of the church, substantially increased financial stewardship, established a budget to guide spending, and joined an advocacy program to increase effectiveness of benevolent giving. Multiple improvements to the facilities were made, and new building plans were proposed for adding onto the existing structure.

I started Right Perspective as a part-time portrait/wedding/commercial studio and grew it to employ up to four employees. I remodeled a downtown retail space into a 1500 square foot camera room with an additional 1500 square feet for sales and production. I sold the studio in 1995 to pursue full-time professional ministry. At the time of the sale it was one of the largest and most respected studios in my marketing area.

Hired as a part-time assembler in high School. Eventually brought up as an inspector, supervisor, production manager, and sales manager. Responsibilities included production; inspection; hiring and dismissing of employees; training assemblers, inspectors, and supervisors; sales and servicing of accounts.
