I host and produce a weekly hour-long radio program, "The DJBC Happy Hour" (Monday nights at 8PM ET on WCRS-FM) on a volunteer-operated community radio station . Topics differ from week-to-week. In addition to the show, I manage the show's Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/thedjbch2o) and Tumblr blog (http://djbcadventures.tumblr.com). The DJBC Adventures Tumblr blog is more of a photo gallery. Projects on the DJBC Adventures Tumblr blog have included "The Bicentennial Photo Tour" and monthly networking calendars. There are occasional mini-podcasts on the Tumblr blog as well.

Shopping grocery orders that customers place online. Delivers groceries to customer's vehicle upon pickup.

Responsibilities include making sure that the store's appearance is maintained, by keeping the store neat and clean for the customers.

● Created two online quizzes, worked on press releases, and brochures for the communications staff. ● Had an article published in RSC's quarterly magazine, "This Ability" about disaster awareness.● Learned basic skills on public relations, such as press releases, data research, and crisis communication.

· Created and produced approximately 10 station ID’s and approximately 20 on-air promotional spots for campus events and station programs (Examples: WOBN Marathon, Otterbein-Capital Basketball Doubleheader, Homecoming) for WOBN. Voiced, produced, and wrote five Public Service Announcements.· Created over 30 productions for own live radio showcase- The DJBC Happy Hour and for MCOM 140 class (Examples: “Scenes from a Zero Year Reunion”, “A Christmas Carol: Abridged”, “The Voice of Mount Union”, “WOBN Needs You”)This was an ideal position for me, because it allowed me to expand my creativity, both on paper and on the airRecorded and edited PSA's, station liners, promos, and productions in Adobe Audition

Assisted with productions in various capacities, ranging from operating a camera, to on-air announcer for WOCC TV-3 over the summer and winter breaks. I also set up for studio programs, as well as Westerville School board, Westerville community, and Otterbein & Westerville Central/North/South High School sports.

· Placed and edited newspaper content and photos onto the Web.· Proofread stories to make sure they were the same as the print version of the newspaper word-for-word.In addition, I transitioned the website from a small site run on an Otterbein server to College Publisher, which is used as a web template for college newspapers across the country. In the year that followed my year as Web Editor, I wrote a bi-weekly column, "BC 101", which was about the college experience.
