As the Product Management Lead for Technology - Education at Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, I leverage my 22 years of experience and PSM I certification to drive the vision and implementation of innovative and impactful digital products that support learning and development. To this role I bring my considerable experience from developing mobile technologies, and Machine Learning and AI solutions for consume and business products alike. My approach to product management combines the creative design process, the data-centric research methodology, and the agile software development framework to deliver user-centric and evidence-based solutions that meet the needs and expectations of diverse stakeholders.Throughout my career, I have led projects across various domains, such as mobile devices, B2B web solutions, and education. Some of my notable achievements include building the v1 versions of software experience across multple domains including: (1) Windows Phone, (2) Amazon's Fire Phone (3) FireTV, and (3) the BlinkRx application. I have lead small and large teams at start ups and large organizations and was a key contributor to the creation of IP/Patents at both Microsoft and Amazon.
