After less than a year of being a runner I was promoted to server, after only a couple of months of serving I was made one of the youngest Hospitality Leaders in the company at the age of 19 (hospitality leader assits managers in providing smooth shifts including a large focus on interpersonal communication).

While in high school I was working at harmony senior living as part of dining services. Being responsible for retired seniors with impediments which require very specific diets, and general way of living which taught me patience and care. Communication about residents was very important between dining staff and nursing. This job taught to always be ready to spring into action.
