- Managed a $10.2 million process and high purity piping installation for Intel’s 1270 Base Build project in Fab 22 located in Chandler, AZ.- Coordinated the purchasing and estimating departments as well as the offsite fabrication shop with onsite detailers and installers to execute design intent as well as to ensure installation in accordance with the Master Schedule.- Managed an onsite staff of over 100 field personnel and 10 office employees.- Attended daily coordination and schedule update meetings with Intel and Skanska to communicate fabrication and installation progress as well as the status of vendor deliveries.- Partnered with Intel and Skanska to re-prioritize various systems and individual laterals while continually adjusting our work plan to accommodate the 1270 Tool Install. - Managed all financial aspects of the project including cost forecasting and order tracking and approval.

- Managed design-build process for Pima Center II Buildings E&F. This project consisted of two 100k square foot shell buildings with finished lobbies and common areas on 15 acres of raw land with a construction volume of approximately $21 million. - Expedited the completion of design-build construction documents for Pima Center II while working closely with the end users to meet necessary requirements.- Bid, negotiated, and awarded all contracts for each trade for Pima Center II- Completed Phase 1 of the Glendale Corporate Center. This project consisted of five shell buildings on 17 acres of raw land with a construction volume of approximately $18 million.- Successfully managed the design review and permit process with the City of Glendale to ensure construction commencement occurred on schedule.- Bid, negotiated, and awarded all contracts for each trade for the Glendale Corporate Center.- Managed design-build process for Phase 2 of the Glendale Corporate Center and prepared documents for permit submission. - Assisted with the proposal for the GSA/National Nuclear Security Agency project in Albuquerque, NM. This proposal exceeded $100 million.- Coordinated all consultants and subcontractors to achieve execution of design intent for each project. - Responsible for all invoicing and financial aspects of each project in addition to day-to-day project management duties.

- Work-in-place volume for 4 years as project manager exceeded $24.4 million.- Managed exclusive contract with Baxter Healthcare to perform all contracting and construction management responsibilities for each of their Northern Illinois facilities, including their corporate headquarters.- Personally negotiated contracts and managed construction of commercial, retail, industrial and education projects with contract values ranging from $30,000 to $7,000,000 for additional clients such as Pitney Bowes, Lincoln Technical Institute, Trammell Crow, and Nestle Waters.- Provided budgets, preliminary design consulting and value engineering during the preconstruction phase of each project.- Managed all invoicing and change order processing for each project- Put together detailed construction scope spreadsheets to delineate each subcontractor’s responsibilities.- Conducted weekly meetings for each project with owners, owner’s representatives, designers, and engineers.- Assembled lump sum bids and budget proposals for a diverse clientele in the Chicago area while managing active projects.- Developed relationships with existing clients as well as prospective clients to generate new work for the firm.
