Hi. Thanks for stopping by!My decision to pursue an M.B.A. in Marketing at Southern New Hampshire University begins with a short journey down memory lane.Like most people, I didn’t start out knowing exactly what I wanted to do when I grew up. I do remember, however, the tremendous satisfaction I received from creating things when I was a child. Whether it was crafting a memorable birthday event for my brother or parents, or making all of those “delicious” cupcakes for elementary school fundraisers but omitting their key ingredient: sugar, I will never forget the immeasurable satisfaction I received from the looks on their faces when they saw what I had created for them. This same attitude and excitement towards my passion I continue to foster in my daily life to this day.Years later, I completed my B.A.S. in Culinary Management and upon graduation, I established and managed a start-up, full-service restaurant and catering venue in New Hampshire. This multi-faceted position enabled me to design the layout of the restaurant, create marketing and advertising campaigns, coordinated events and establish systems and procedures, including personnel and company policies. While these responsibilities fostered my creativity, problem-solving capabilities, and hospitable personality, I decided to pursue my M.B.A. in Marketing a year later to further improve my business acumen.As for my interests, I love being outdoors and sports and wellness is an important aspect of my life. I am a strong believer in lifelong education and I thoroughly enjoy inspiring others so collectively we can push through a difficult challenge. I also love developing unique ideas, improving a process or concept, or creating something new and exciting. My innate ability to think outside-the-box and my inventive approach to problem-solving are a few of my noteworthy proficiencies I continue to strive towards.
