My team of account managers, senior managers, connectivity managers and directors are responsible for setting and achieving room night and margin targets using data and relationships to influence partner decisions in setting rates and availability. We set the partner facing strategy and terms of engagement with other key stakeholders including Expedia's B2B arm and Media group.

Lead an international team that manages account relationships and negotiates commercial agreements, with a focus on the Latin American market and low-cost carriers. Pitch and implement new product offerings. Collaborate and influence internal groups to support air strategy, including customer operations, air operations, and product development teams. Partner with Media Solutions and Pricing teams to develop programs and optimize profitability.

Own the global Expedia relationship for Expedia’s most important air accounts. Negotiated Expedia’s first upsell and branded fares agreement with an airline and collaborated in the technical development. Brought two new major low-cost carriers into the Expedia storefront which were previously not offered due to both commercial and technical roadblocks; these two partners are now top 10 airlines globally.

Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the day-to-day account relationship with a large portfolio of partner airlines spanning multiple points-of-sale. Negotiated over two dozen ticketing agreements, many global in scope.
