Bryan L Baggaley is a licensed Professional Engineer and licensed General Contractor with more than 20 years experience in these fields. Bryan has specialized in forensic engineering with emphasis in construction defect investigations and insurance claims. In 2021, Mr Baggaley decided to start his own forensic engineering firm. As the square is the most basic of construction tools, Mr Baggaley named his firm Square Forensic Consulting LLC (Square FC). The word "Square" is also synonomous with fairness, equality, and unyeilding integrity which are the tenants of Square FC.I am passionate about design and construction and seek to improve the quality and safety of the buildings in Utah and the inter-mountain west. I provide expert witness services in the fields of construction defect, insurance claims, and property management. I investigate construction problems, defects, or failures to determine the cause, solutions, and responsible parties. I work in behalf of builders, owners, insurance companies, and attorneys. I provide expert witness services including reports or legal deposition. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I have used my investigative skills to author the book "Building Faith Like the Brother of Jared". This book investigates and develops a new theory on the Jaredite record as found in the Book of Mormon. My volunteer and community work includes:* Using my construction and engineering skills to help and serve members in the community.* Providing advice and consulting on Seismic Safety and retrofit.* Service in my church as an instructor and music leader. * Served more than 7 years as a volunteer in the Salt Lake Temple. * Participated in community choirs including 10 years with the Salt Lake Choral Artists.I love using creative skills to design and build homes for my family members.
