Managed multiple key projects and programs for the software product line, generating $4.5-5M annually. Had full P&L, budget and resource responsibility for alignment with department goals. Developed and implemented software maintenance support program, securing annual maintenance renewal contracts exceeding $1.5M and providing a contribution margin return of over 70%. Successfully managed integration and support teams that delivered software projects to customers including AT&T, FEMA, US Army, US Navy, SPAWAR, Optus (Australia), USAP (Antarctica), Excelis, NASA, NOAA and several broadcast customers. All resulted in positive contribution margin of 45+% and profitable programs. Specifically chosen as Interim manager of 24/7 network operations center by executive management to oversee all extended warranty and hardware support, provide resource management for staff, review and approve staff quotes for $2M+ in non-warranty spare parts, and ensure all reporting metrics were delivered to customers on a timely basis.

Directed budgeting and P&L tasks for all supported accounts in district in a continually evolving and growing role. Managed 6-state Southeastern Field Services region delivering IT support to multiple banking, financial, retail, and commercial accounts. Roles growth progressed from field engineer to team leader, account manager, district manager and regional manager. Role was remote/telework based. Experienced significant growth in region from a single contract source (First Union bank) to include multiple new contracts and customers, including Winn-Dixie, Eckerd’s Drug Stores, AM-South Bank, and The Home Depot; technical staff was increased from 8 to 60+.  Ensured high customer satisfaction on all serviced accounts to facilitate high company growth standards; received letters of commendation from executive management and high acclaim for excellence in customer satisfaction for rapid response times. Developed and implemented service pilot for The Home Depot, providing IT/technical support to 55 Atlanta district stores, which led to award of overall support contract for US-based store network.
