As Vice President of Marketing, I led a cross functional team comprising both internal staff and external third-party partners. Together, we crafted and executed a comprehensive global go-to-market strategy that significantly heightened interest and demand for our brands. My role encompassed directing product engagement and overseeing creative production efforts. We focused on enhancing brand awareness through various digital channels, including online portals, and extended our impact to product packaging, merchandising, and trade shows.Key responsibilities in this position:• Led Global Marketing initiatives focused on optimizing online product content for key customers, enabling strategic messaging alignment with brand identity and customer goals.• Management of marketing operations for market research and analytics, overall voice-of-customer (VOC) including customer online reviews, MAP Pricing program tracking, and optimizing the key customer websites Home Depot®, Lowe’s®, Tractor Supply®, Grainger®, and Amazon®.• Partnered with sales to pull through strategies and marketing tactics. Enabled sales through creating key customer presentations and developing new mockup sample products, crucial for successful product line evaluations and strategic business meetings.• Led creative strategy for annual tradeshows across multiple channels. Introduced new products and categories including prototype samples and collaborated with third-party companies for impactful display fixtures to generate excitement among attendees.
