Implement facility management programs for client sites including computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) roll-out, vendor on-boarding and services rollout. Oversee variety aspects of facility operations on 4 building production campus. Partner with contract team member and external vendors to ensure facility is safe and operating at top performance. Responsible for creating RFP, evaluating vendors and selection for several facility projects across campus. Daily communication with on-site team as well as partnership with headquarters team in MN. Responsible for set-up, on-call response and clean-up for meetings and visiting executives, including catering and administrative tasks. On-site IT support for campus with basic troubleshooting, vendor follow-up and printer maintenance and ink replacement. Maintain accountable security program with issuing ID keycards, assigning access ability and maintaining key log. Maintain stock of housekeeping supplies, coffee/breakroom supplies and office supplies; replenishing as needed with approved vendors. Ensure neat and clean facility through follow-up with housekeeping vendor and holding accountable to contracted standards. Accept daily US mail and sort accurately for recipients and ensure outgoing is stamped accurately. Daily interaction with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP.

Lead group of 15 team members in retail logistics. Responsible for delegating and prioritizing daily tasks for teams in accurately stocking backroom and sales floor locations. Communicate directly with store department managers on stocking needs and upcoming transitions to ensure seamless flow of product to sales floor and returning to stockroom. Provide positive and supportive coaching to team members in successfully completing daily tasks, personal development and working safely. Drive accuracy in all aspects of Logistics operations, ensuring minimal loss of product. Report progress from teams to store management team through face to face meetings and Outlook email. Ensure proper staffing for forecasted sales and freight volumes utilizing staffing software and communication from store leaders

Acted as on-site facility manager responsible for 170,000 sq. ft. store with $12-14 million of assets. Work environment requires flexibility, strong ability to prioritize projects and ability to be a self-starter. Daily interaction with work order management software Maximo, and internet based applications. As facility technician also ensure communication of corporate programs in areas of energy efficiency, recycling, and other corporate mandates to team members and executive managers of store through in-person meetings and electronic media. Ensure outside vendor work is completed to corporate contracted standards, including to budget and timeline. Refined ability to absorb information on a variety of topics and implement into daily work. Familiar with basics of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting and drywall repair. Participated in Target sponsored volunteer events: Library Makeover, Habitat for Humanity, and Hope House, completing 20+ hours of service.
