CurrentProject Management Department based in HQ Kuala Lumpur supporting Australia OfficeResponsibilities:- Prepared comprehensive presentation decks on strategy planning, highlighting key strategic initiatives and action plans, for presentation to the Group Managing Director.- Conducted in-depth studies on potential infrastructure projects involving tunnels, rail, roads, and renewable energy across several Australian states (New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and South Australia), including identifying potential partners. Consolidated and compiled data, contributing to strategic decision-making.- Identified new market opportunities, monitored market trends, and gathered information critical for business development.- Coordinated pre-tender activities, including Market Sounding, Registration of Interest (ROI), and Expression of Interest (EOI) stages. Provided essential inputs and supporting documents for tender submissions.- Reviewed and summarised project details, evaluated basic technical requirements, and conducted site recce for project assessment.- Conducted competitor analysis, providing senior management with high-level summaries for strategic planning.- Participated in technical and commercial discussions with joint-venture partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.- Ensured all Pre-Contracts activities are in compliance with the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.Achievements:- Successfully coordinated the Expression of Interest (EOI) stage for the following projects: i. Suburban Rail Loop Project – Tunnel & Station Package, Victoria (Contract Value: AUD$ 2.5 billion); Outcome: Successfully shortlisted to tender ii. Great Western Highway – East & West Package, New South Wales (Contract Value: AUD$ 700 million); Outcome: Successfully shortlisted to tender iii. Muswellbrook Bypass, New South Wales (Contract Value: AUD $400 million); Outcome: Successfully shortlisted to tender
