- Cultivating and managing corporate, startup and government organisation relationships in the Urban Solutions and Sustainability (USS) industry and the Agrifood industry to catalyse corporate-startup collaborations in Open Innovation Activities such as Reverse Pitches.- Execution and curation of community events such as keynote talks, panel discussions, roundtables, and networking events from pre-event planning and marketing, to on-site management and post-event closing. - Responsible for coordinating logistics and administrative details leading up to, during and after the event. Including coordination of registrations, venue, logistics, event communications, post-event reports of our community activities and achievements, etc.- Responsible for implementing marketing programmes and events to drive thought leadership and generate mindshare in deep tech.

- Responsible for client sourcing, using strong communication skills to answer queries and pitch to clinicians and patients.- Tasked with following up on sales leads, sourcing for potential partners and drafting of distribution agreements, NDAs and research collaboration agreements.- Ensure that all manufacturing of products is up to ISO 13485:2016, NEA and HSA standards.- Responsible for laboratory/insectary management and streamlining the manufacture process of medical products. - Oversee and conduct training for clinicians in proper application procedures of the product.

- Participated in GLP and Non-GLP studies for the Bioanalytical team. - Assisted in performing analytical and physical testing including HPLC, UPLC, UV Spectroscopy, Peptide Mapping, cIEF, CE-SDS and Stability Studies. - Assisted in Bioassay studies using techniques such as cell culture and pharmacokinetic and drug efficacy study techniques such as ELISA assays.- Responsible for supporting GLP operations including the documentation and compilation of GLP standard reports and study data.- Performed sample and reagent preparations and carried out blood processing procedures.
