Successfully opened and managed both a Homewood Suites by Hilton with 124 rooms and a 189 room Hilton Garden Inn hotel. Despite simultaneous openings, both hotels opened ahead of schedule and under budget by $8 million dollars.- Maintained impeccable guest satisfaction scores, ranking both hotels in the top 10% of the Homewood brand and top 20% of the Hilton Garden Inn brand. - Received three Hilton awards in 2009 for Best New Opening Hotel, Highest Extended Stay Percentage, and Hilton's prestigious Connie Pride Award of Excellence.

Islamorada, Fl

Oversight of functions relating to accounting, sales and marketing, rooms operations and HR for an oceanfront hotel with retail space, an Outback Steakhouse, Tiki Bar, dive shop, and gas station. Total annual revenues exceeded six million dollars and achieved the highest ADR in the Hampton system.- Created daily bank deposits, established marketing efforts, and handled customer complaint resolution responsibilities. - Kept statistical and financial records, set room rates, performed property inspections, ensured property safety and cleanliness, and maintained diligent compliance with laws and regulations. - Creatively overcame unique staffing challenges existing in the Florida Keys by creating and maintaining employee loyalty program.

Assisted in development and maintenance of an effective sales and marketing plan with the General Manager and Director of Sales for a 182 room hotel with 10,000 square feet of meeting space, night club venue, and full-service restaurant.
