Provided great customer service to troubleshoot Mac and iOS device’s technical issues by phone or chat. Notated every call with details of the issue, and what troubleshooting steps were taken in order to help future agents if the customer needs to call back and for Apple engineers to improve their products. I started working in the mail room folding paper, stuffing envelopes and mailing them out. Then I moved over to the other side of the operation to actually printing the bills and other materials that we were shipping out. This involved running the industrial printers and making sure everything was printed correctly on the right paper, as well as keeping track of all the jobs we were doing and making sure the correct departments were billed.
