As a General Manager at Best Buy I was in charge of two different multi-million dollar stores. In this role I oversaw all aspects of the business including sales, operations, merchandising and inventory management. The basics of the job included hiring, training, and performance management to ensure positive P&L results.

As a manager of Magnolia, I oversee all aspects of the store. I manage a team of professional sales people that individually manage their book of business and client base. I am also in charge of all aspects of operations, inventory control and merchandising with results reflected in NOP and year over year NOP and sales growth. I have successfully opened two stores for Magnolia and maintained company leading performance.
