• Mentor a team of 4 recruiters• Create a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods (cold calling, referral gathering, marketing efforts, networking groups, etc.).• Ensure the highest level of candidate quality by following due diligence process on all candidates and setting clear expectations accordingly prior to Client introduction.• Support and champion a recruiting culture throughout the Atlanta Market.• Manage and drive pipeline and candidate relationship process by leveraging resources, implementing best practices and holding people accountable for activity and results.• Compile, analyze and report on status and results for all components of recruiting.
