• Business: Implemented plans and services to increase revenue (accumulated over $1 million in sales in last 5 years), brand image and reputation of Maine Chance Farm.• Personnel: Motive employees and teach students to successfully become members of the equine industry through internship placement and part/full time employment opportunities.• Education: Teach best management practices to college students on a daily basis. Instruct lab segments and classes in Equine Behavior Class, Reproduction, Equine Sales and Cooperative Extension field days and clinics. • Young Horse Development: Responsible for nutritional management and developing training regiments for foals, weanlings and yearlings for sales yearling prep greatly increasing sales revenue for Maine Chance.• Research: Assist in planning and implementation of research projects while coordinating horse selection, supplies and sample collection.
