Key responsibilities included maintaining existing vendor relationships, distribution agreement compliance, forecasting and budgeting (of sales and GP) and driving sales in all applicable markets. Directly involved in providing direction of sales team activity, customer corporate agreements and national Tender responses & contract management. Duties also include researching and securing new product lines and vendors. Recipient of MBM of the year award 4 of 7 years.

Reported to the Canadian General Manager. Responsible for Sales and contract negotiations of central venous catheters, peripheral catheters & regional pain management catheters to hospitals in south western Ontario and Manitoba. Successfully drove sales and GP growth in a mature & well established product offering. Clinical call points included ICU, CCU, E.D., Anesthesia, O.R.

Responsible for first line contact with multiple vendors worth over 20M$ in sales to acute, long term and alternate care markets. Recruited and negotiated distribution agreements with new vendors, developed on line and printed Sales tools including monthly bulletins and market specific catalogues, Sales & Profit budgeting and forecasting.

Sales of basic & advance wound care, casting and rehab products, customer contract negotiations, coordination and coaching of 4 clinical specialists. Customers included Hospitals, nursing homes, & distributors. Winner of the Sales achievement award 3 times.

Responsible for product sales, GP generation, and logistical services sales with a focus on preferred and exclusive product lines. Markets covered include Acute Care Hospitals, Veterinary, Long Term Care and primary care clinics and offices. Winner of Sales award 3 times.
