With over 15 years of experience in web design and 3 as a user experience designer, I am currently a UX Designer II at Axos Fiduciary Services where I create solutions that are accessible, intuitive, and efficient for our clients. I have a strong background in enterprise applications, web design systems, prototyping, user research, and WCAG compliance. I use Figma as my main tool for collaboration and iteration.In my current role, I have co-designed a new design system for our flagship fiduciary application, incorporating WCAG 2.0 compliant components and eliminating hardware dependency. I have also set up DesignOps to scale the UX team and improve communication with developers, and I have redesigned the application interface and workflows to streamline user tasks and enhance usability. I conduct user testing and present user insights to stakeholders, and I practice agile methodologies, design thinking, and atomic design. My mission is to design experiences that guide and support users, and to contribute to the growth and innovation of Axos Fiduciary Services.
