This project not only enhanced data accessibility but also gave me a deep understanding of HR operations and the importance of efficient data management in a global organization. I also contributed to a salary benchmarking project, where I provided insights that were crucial for shaping talent retention and attraction strategies. This experience allowed me to delve into compensation analysis, an essential component of HR in the hospitality industry, where employee satisfaction and retention are paramount.Beyond these core responsibilities, I engaged in a variety of HR tasks, including poster design and creative support, demonstrating the versatility required in HR roles.
