• Reviewed, analyzed, developed and implemented business plan to address changes in medical reimbursement to the Diagnostic Related Group funding paradigm and the potential impact it would have on our ambulatory services and relationships with local hospitals.• Provided leadership and management for all paid and volunteer organizational activities related to the provision of ambulatory care within facilities located in 3 locations within Jamaica, New York. Services provided included primary care, pediatrics, dental, obstetrics and gynecology, radiology, dermatology and laboratory.• Developed major gift strategy and plan, cultivated key donors and ultimately secured $1.2 million to purchase a comprehensive ambulatory facility in Queens, New York.• Negotiated funding from Medicaid to receive funding for vehicles to provide transportation services to the elderly and disabled desiring services from our facilities.
