• Manage the service management team comprising of service managers and 24x7 duty supervisors, ensuring proactive monitoring of network outage related statistics, provide timely and accurate updates to senior management.• Ensure network outage KPIs are met internally and externally, and full compliances to the government and regulatory mandated Quality of Services (QoS). • Ensure on-going projects are delivered on time and of high quality. • Perform Incident, Problem and Change Management in accordance with ITIL framework. Ensure the respective backend teams and vendors allocate adequate resources in fault resolution within SLA. Perform post-mortems to review measures to improve quality of network and prevent service disruptions as necessary. Perform statistics and trending regularly to identify any potential network issue. • Drive incident management and communication to ensure timely response and resolution to service disruption and update to senior management, customer care and regulatory teams. Conduct post-mortem reviews with stakeholders and drive for preventive and improvement plans.• Identify and formulate operational gaps and challenges into use cases. Explore and deployed successfully various open-sourced tools such as and platforms such as Elastic Stack, Grafana, RANCID, NetFlow, Ansible, Network Telemetry, OpenBMP, BGPalerter, Nmap, Kali, Massscan, Backbox, UIPath, and dockers, that can close those gaps and challenges, improving operation efficiency and productivity• Collaborate with Enterprise and Consumer Operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality Tier 2 to Tier 2.5 network operation support to the telco’s services for both enterprise and consumer customers, including Home Broadband, IPTV & OTT, Mobile, Business Broadband, Domestic & Regional MPLS, Internet Exchange & CDN, Internet Access, DDOS mitigation service, IEPL/IPLC, Ethernet Leased Line, DWDM, Dark Fiber, VoIP, SIP, Wifi and CII related network security incidents etc.
