At the heart of my legal practice is my desire to help clients recruit and retain the right people in the right positions in their respective workplaces. Always with the law as a guide, I am a solver of people problems, and I regularly counsel clients on best practices regarding current and relevant issues, including diversity, religious intolerance, sexual harassment, and pay inequity. In the event that a client has a situation that requires litigation, I draw upon my experience and vigorously defend employers. In preparing narratives for juries, I am inspired by my farmer father who had the folksy wit of Will Rogers and the wisdom of the ages. While I don't claim to have the "wisdom of the ages," I do have over three decades of experience that I use to help clients prevent and solve problems.
