As a highly motivated software solutions expert, I have experienced a variety of aspects in software development. I began as a developer learning various ways to become proficient and productive. This included aligning development practices with open-source solutions as well as creating well-organized, easy to read/manage source code. With this learning came the realization of different software architectures and situations where they should be applied. I began investigating service oriented architecture. I was enthused by the different ways applications and businesses could seamlessly integrate and fulfill targeted functionality. As my career progressed, so did my soft skills and business skills. I began to approach project management, while still staying technical. More recently, I have provided architectural oversight while leading a sizable team, as well as managed multiple large projects.I pride myself in the software I deliver; whether I am writing, architecting or managing it. Hard work and motivation have been the difference makers in both my career and my life. I look forward to the next challenge and the next opportunity to better myself.
