- Occasionally assist bar manager with some managerial duties such as training and development, answering to customers whenever any conflict arises and the manager isn’t there to assess the situation, inventory, creating new cocktails for seasonal menus, and attending product tastings to provide input for potential new products to be used in the bar program.- Conduct monthly review of bar employees in accordance with bar/hotel policy.- Responsible for maintaining bar appearance/ cleanliness by delegating cleaning duties to the rest of the bar staff before, during and after shift.- Responsible for closing paperwork and money drop at the end of shift.
