The Canadian Open, organized by Golf Canada, was first contested in 1904. It has been played annually and is the third oldest continuously running tournament on the PGA Tour. The Tournament Director is responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations and revenue of the RBC Canadian Open, as well as the growth and development of the event on an annual basis. The position is the key spokesperson for the tournament with accountability and responsibility for overseeing public relations, advertising and promotions, sales and marketing, operations, volunteer activities, tournament financials and management of RBC Canadian Open staff.

Canada Basketball is the National Sport Federation for the sport of Basketball in Canada and represents all basketball interests, provides leadership, coordination and direction in the sport. This Senior Leadership role is responsible for setting the strategy while strengthening the internal process, infrastructure and organizational alignment with the organization’s business functions. After seven seasons in Double Blue I retired from professional football in 2011. I was orriginally drafted out of Queen's University in the fifth round, 44th overall, by Toronto in the 2005 CFL Canadian Draft. During my time in the CFL I was very lucky to be able to spend my entire career playing for the same team, becoming a team captain and player rep for 5 seasons. On the field I was able to establish myself as one of the most reliable special teams players in the game and finished my career as the Argos all-time leader in career special teams tackles.
