• Provide technical support and advice to internal and external customers• Work one-on-one with customers/OEM’s to rectify issues, interpret specifications and drawings.• Investigate and validate non-conformances• Create work instructions for reworking of both internal and external rejections• Create information/non-conformance Quality Reports (QR)• Support the completion of corrective and preventative action plans (CAPA)• Support the Real Time Problem Resolution process (RTPR) to help resolve issues• Support the introduction of new processes and certifications to develop technical methods and strategies associated with new business expansion and project management.• Evaluate production capabilities and recommend improvements• Utilize root-cause analysis to help reduce Cost of Poor Quality to support Quality Objectives• Read, research, and interpret OEM specifications and engineering drawings.• Work with the Quality Manager to improve the Corrective Action Reporting system and quality performance of the shop• Make recommendations for improving the quality of our products and services• Provide training for production and customers as needed• Work with both internal and external customers in the development of new processes/specifications• Host customers/OEM visits as needed• Participate in both internal and external audits as required• Monitor quality of production part outputs; perform reviews of technical issues with other departments for corrective action or continuous improvement initiatives

-Verified and certified all paperwork and computer data from each completed work order met quality control compliance-Managed a team of 3 and trained them to be certified in Boeing BAC's Specs and BPIs-Reviewed, recorded, and tracked all customers contracts-Faxed, copied and filing of compliance paperworks with clients
