As Senior Project and Asset Manager, my project development experience has included the relocation of the Newport News Public School’s Service Center for Operations and Transportation, the ongoing and complex development of Tech Center Research Park, and the development of Harbor Commerce Center, a multi-building warehouse distribution facility in Hampton, Virgina. In addition to development project management, I oversee the asset management and building operations of over 1.25 million SF of leased space.I started my career with W. M. Jordan in 2016, bringing nearly 10 years of prior public sector experience with the City of Newport News Department of Development that included public/private partnerships such as City Center at Oyster Point. As a University of Virginia graduate, with a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University, I comprehend the intricate needs between municipalities, development partners, contractors, and clients.I am a member of the CCIM Mid-Atlantic Chapter, Virginia Peninsula Chamber, Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate, and the Virginia Economic Development Association.
