Early 2014 I took on the roll of the Executive Chef at the newly and majorly renovated Durham Bulls Athletic Park. I was tasked with the opening of the new PNC Triangle Club; upgrading the suite menus; improving the quality of picnic food and developing recipes for new concession concepts. Coordinated and executed staff, media and VIP meals to the prestigious 2007, 2008 & 2009 Women’s ACC Basketball Tournaments & Interim Chef to the 2006 ACC / NCAA Men’s & Women’s Tournaments.During peak season; directing staff of 24; Sous Chefs, Cooks and Stewards.Introduced unique action stations; including liquid nitrogen ice cream to provide a “WOW”.
