At HATCH, I look after various marketing activities such as building an online corporate identity, managing the production and curation of digital marketing and social media content, designing collaterals and procuring promo materials, producing videos, managing the overall brand identity and providing marketing support to clients as an outsourced consultant.

At the Emirates Literature Foundation, organizer of the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature, I looked after the Brand of the Foundation and the Festival. Was in charge of organizing the production of branded collaterals, venue branding and execution at events.In addition, also looked after creative design, photography and videography.

At NBAD, I had the opportunity to work on business development with the Direct Sales Department, considered to offer the banks premium product/service - Mortgage Loans. As a mortgage advisor, my focus was on generating leads through the development of strong business relations with real estate agencies, property developers and financial consultants.The role demanded that the I represent NBAD's core values and at the highest level of service was expected. The working knowledge and expert understanding of banking procedures, central bank policies in line with the NBAD product policies were important factors in delivering the best advise and solution to VIP clients looking to finance properties valued from AED 1,000,000 onwards.One of the biggest challenges of the role, was meeting the requirements of VIP clients and ensuring all policy criteria is satisfied. Evaluating a VIP client's Credit Score and explaining the importance of the same when offering him advise on home/property finance can be a daunting task due to the sensitive nature of the relationship.

At Jamyard, I tap into my marketing background to develop marketing and promotional schemes, design marketing collateral, develop web and social media content and look after client relations

Working for the Sharaf Group, I was tasked to be in charge for marketing at Times Square Centre (shopping mall) and at YellowHat Japan (car accessories retailer) I developed marketing campaigns and promotion mechanics, developed and designed ATL/ BTL ads, creative material and collateral. I also managed relationships with external ad agencies, media planners, publishers, charity organizations, government agencies and third-party suppliers. I was also in charge of websites, social media and mobile apps.

Hired as the General Manager's personal assistant, I primarily took on sorting out fundamental administration and human resources related procedures, later graduating to a more front office role of preparing merchandising materials for in-store use. I was involved in the recruitment process of several marketing/sales professionals and admin team, and liaised and coordinated on behalf of the company for travel and visa requirements, etc.
