We are dedicated to the mission of building intuitive algorithms to drive higher profitability, sales commitment, and service level to our users. Building Young Tech Entrepreneurs (BYTE) is a student organization in Ateneo de Manila University, that aims to cultivate the startup ecosystem in the Philippines- Championed the strategic revival of BYTE post a period of dormancy, reinstating its mission to nurture tech entrepreneurship.- Enhanced the startup ecosystem at Ateneo de Manila University by mentoring emergent entrepreneurs and linking them with the broader Philippine startup community, including innovators like IdeaSpace and Kickstart Ventures.- Conceptualized and rolled out a series of BYTE events, fostering community engagement through networking sessions and fundraisers, culminating in the integration of over 300 stakeholders from the startup ecosystem.- Directed a diverse team of leaders, including Associate Vice Presidents and Department Heads, streamlining innovation and honing project management capabilities.

Co-Founded Scribe AI, a software as a service (SaaS) powered by the DaVinci model of OpenAI that aims to streamline the academic process of undergraduate students through generating automatic notes for lengthy readings upon a PDF upload, converting a process that usually takes several hours to a matter of seconds.- Led business development initiatives, creating strategic financial models to ensure product validation at minimal costs, aiding in optimal resource allocation.- Developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that successfully attracted 50 committed, paying users within a span of a month, earning over USD 100 dollars, and demonstrating the market demand and viability of the product.

Founded and launched Go-Getter Opportunities, a newsletter that provides ambitious undergraduate students a way to easily access relevant opportunities that enhance their career image.- Successfully demonstrated market fit and traction by gaining 83 subscribers within the first week, and rapidly growing the subscriber base to over 400 users within the first month.- Leveraged proficiency in HTML and CSS to design and develop the MVP's UX/UI, prioritizing an intuitive and user-friendly interface to foster high user engagement and satisfaction.

- Managed the in-person logistics of the organization's first face to face events. Led a team of 6 officers and 20 members per project to deliver two successful events.- Established and nurtured a partnership with Martin Gomez, COO of Dashlabs.ai. Collaborated closely with him to develop a case study that aims for participants to create a marketing solution to increase consumer traction for the startup. The case contributed to various strategies for Dashlabs.ai.- Fostered partnerships with companies such as Procter & Gamble and Unilever, to bring speakers and mentors to the participants of our events.

- Pioneered and led the role of Innovations, expanding the scope of the department from project-based work to include initiatives aimed at helping AJMAns identify their place within the organization's structure and develop leadership skills.- Designed and implemented databases, guides, and templates for over 700 members and leaders, resulting in high positive feedback.- Established and led training pools, resulting in a 50% increase in departmental officer application turnout.

AIMS is a prestigious 3-day marketing seminar and case competition that enables undergraduate students to learn from industry leaders and multinational companies, to then tackle and present their solutions to a real-life business case provided by a partner company.- Acquired 238 participants, 19% higher than the key performance indicator- Successfully negotiated and partnered with Lazada Philippines and Hult Business School as co-presenters.- Managed the direction of whole project committee composed of 30 officers from variying departments

The Startup Summit is a 3 day event that features a variety of local and international founders of established startups and gives them the platform to educate and inspire our target participants of future entrepreneurs and business leaders. - Acquired over 750 participants and retained attendance throughout the 3-day event. Attendees ranged from management and computer science students and industry professionals nationwide, and was the highest attended event of the organization that year- Summit line up included prominent names such as Angeline Tham, CEO of Angkas, Steve Sy, CEO of Great Deals, and Franco Varona, Managing Partner of Foxmont Capitals. I was the key contact in gaining and maintaining these partnerships.
