Created a developer suite with another colleague for creating web experiments on Microsoft Store (web and app) and Xbox properties. This suite of tools has decreased the development time of experiments by 80% or greater in most cases.Researched and selected Power Automate as the tool for DevOps automation for Microsoft Store Experimentation Project Management tasks. Architected and implemented the "flows" with business logic to automate task creation and status emails. It relies on a distributed architecture where a controller routes traffic to decisioning "flows" that, in turn, call child utility "flows".Creating experiments across Microsoft properties to verify UX and Business Stakeholder theories for increasing engagement and revenue.Developed in React Native for Xbox Microsoft Store experimentation.

Led the Accessibility effort for Channel 9 and delivered on time for the dates communicated to the team. I ran the Accessibility bug bash by assigning and reviewing all changes through paired programming and code reviews. The changes fulfilled the legal requirements and corporate mandate to be finished, reviewed and fixed by the end of the 2016 calendar year.Participated in multiple code reviews providing feedback. Assisted the Mission Mars team with an issue regarding the integration of Channel 9 videos on their site. Evaluated and built two POC's for a development workflow and technology stack for the front-end for Channel 9 by partnering with the creator of the Aurelia platform. This also includes recommended coding standards and methodologies, testing framework for JavaScript and module architecture.Developed and implemented the Tealium front-end project which enabled the business to validate the needs and effects of a personalized content band on the homepage. Created an email template that accounts for Outlook's rendering engine (MS Word) while also supporting all other native and web-based email clients.

Led front-end development teams through a transition from Waterfall, to Scrum and finally to Kanban delivery processes to move the organization closer to continuous integration/deployment and to better pivot with business needs.Led front-end development teams through a complete front-end code rewrite in React while focusing on creating a pattern library for company-wide adoption of the new React components. The delivered code resulted in a 70% decrease in production bugs, a 79% decrease in maintenance time and a 30% decrease in client side load time. Led front-end team through the development and launch of the mobile site (m.nordstrom.com) and created standards and processes for the new production sustainment model for support teams. Led the front-end test team and instituted SLA's for all work submitted to the team as well as the framework for a test case library.
