Increased facility coverage from 70% to 99%, enhancing officer safety and operational efficiency.• Replaced legacy 911 telephone system with redundant multi-site solution to enhance public safety while saving over $1 million per year in services fees. • Created and managed installation of a mobile data solution for 170+ public safety vehicles.
