Developed a Winter Term Program for winter sport student-athletes accommodating competitive training and race schedules. Created a comprehensive domestic admissions process including consultation and support, evaluate and award financial aid, and implemented a Student Ambassador program to ensure a seamless transition for admitted students. Increased presence of school by arranging visits to a number of schools and school fairs to provide informational sessions and interviews to prospective students and families throughout the world. Provided student academic support interventions; advising, scheduling, and college counseling.

Provided direction and support for students through the creation of advisory activities, specialized learning plans, community service projects, grade level discipline, and mentoring opportunities. Provided programs and opportunities to establish a positive relationship between the school, students, and families to increase retention. Developed a physical education curriculum for middle school male adolescents addressing character building traits, healthy lifestyles, increasing locomotor, non-locomotor, and manipulative skills. Coached the ski team and golf team.

Oversee faculty and staff retention and recruitment, support, evaluation, and professional development; setting and supervising budget for school and various divisions. Responsible for program development (curricular, residential, training and travel of student/athletes) ensure quality instruction. Provide student academic support and appropriate interventions when needed; advising, scheduling, and ensure adherence to University of California requirements for graduation. Monitor all facility needs, including maintenance, upgrades, renovations, and repairs.

Implemented a health and wellness curriculum to address reliable information regarding health, drugs, ethics, and diversity. Solicited outside sources to fund a licensed Marriage and Family Counselor to assist in strengthening and defining school’s culture, help aid students to live respectfully and responsibly, and develop individual strength of character and understanding of others.

Charged with the development and implementation of a school-wide student discipline and student activities program. Responsibilities include supervision and evaluation of personnel and staff, vehicle coordination, community relations, strategic planning participation, and school-wide communication. Provide direct assistance to faculty in resolution of in class behavioral issues. Head of Discipline Committee. Social Studies Department Head. Achieved the Far West Team title for two of three years as Head Coach. Increased size of team from 13 to 33 student-athletes through positive, progressive coaching of elite ski racing techniques and the coordination of four assistant coaches in a year round intensive training program.
