I am a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background and excellent business skills. I have demonstrated the ability to deliver results by identifying improvement opportunities and leading teams to implement change. I have experience in leading high-producing teams and using lean manufacturing to reduce costs and increase process efficiency. During my 24 years experience of working at the Murray, KY facility, I was afforded the opportunity to hold various positions (manufacturing operator; manufacturing technician; team facilitator; area manager). By working in different departments and different positions within the plant, it taught me many things -- (1) take pride in the job you do; (2) don't leave anything unfinished; (3) always give your best, no matter what the task; (4) don't ask anyone to do something you wouldn't be willing to do yourself. I enjoy working as a team and helping develop people in their career path. I was given the opportunity to develop and advance within the organization. It is my desire and commitment to give others the same opportunity I was given and help them succeed on their journey.
