Bryan Doyle is a Managing Director of Capital Markets and Head of CBRE’s Private Client Program. In his role, Bryan oversees the recruitment, training, and management of Investment Sales and Mortgage Banking professionals across the U.S. He also acts as executive sponsor and business lead for Capital Markets technology, data initiatives, and strategy. Bryan initiated and led the development of Capital AI, CBRE’s proprietary tool for tracking real-time bid, quote, and sale data to predict asset demand and identify active capital, leading to the expansion of bidder pools for marketed properties. Bryan has held prior roles in sales and technology leadership, including founding CBRE’s Lead Center, a nationwide team of integrated sales and marketing professionals responsible for generating new business by leveraging technology-driven sales processes and digital marketing. Bryan founded the Lead Center team in 2018 and has grown it into a national presence and significant business driver for CBRE.
