IT responsibilities with PCM include management of servers, desktops, firewall and web-filter devices/strategies, network administration of a 100+ node Windows AD network across two physical office locations. Additional responsibility entails software/hardware procurement, implementation and administration to include MS Office365 and online client and consumer portals. Administrative responsibilities include all HR/benefit and payroll functions within the company utilizing ADP payroll, workforce management, time and attendance, 401k and other typical benefits management. Finally, in a business of our size and construct, I regularly find myself jointly responsible with other officers of the company in managing client accounts and directing company operations.
