At Fidelity Investments (May 2005 - Dec 2007):- Built a rigorous operations framework and the foundation of a process governance structure to withstand accelerating business growth and process maturity for Fidelity HR Payroll Outsourcing.- Created and implemented process mapping standards and methodologies necessary for a core HR payroll system’s implementation. These standards have been accepted throughout a complete division of Fidelity.- Facilitated process mapping sessions necessary to compare as-is to the to-be process states with operational subject matter experts.

- Built from scratch a metrics flow methodology to help categorize potential clients necessary to offset observed cycles in project/revenue inflow.- Conducted work for Centric Consultant as described above.
