I'm a professional bartender specializing in craft cocktails who has studied under some of Boston's greatest minds in hospitality, from James Beard Award-winning chefs to Tales of the Cocktail Award-winning bar teams.

I was selected to join a summer fellowship program connecting students with researchers worldwide in the fields of computer graphics, applied mathematics, and geometry processing.I had the pleasure of working on a variety of comprehensive projects for SGI, including: * A Python-based shape-matching analysis tool for fashion production and cloth sewing* A PyTorch-based rasterizer utilizing textual input to synthesize images with geometric primitives rather than with standard pixels* Compiler analysis for a custom programming language designed to easily translate standard linear algebra notation into usable modules for common industry languages (Python, C++, MATLAB, LaTeX). * Teaching assistant for Intensive Introduction to Programming in Python course of 80+ students. * Held weekly office hours, graded assignments, provided 1-on-1 tutoring & online support via Piazza/Microsoft Teams, and ran a weekly in-person recitation session for ~25 students.

I joined the McVey Genetics & DNA Repair Lab as a Research Assistant to Dr. Mitch McVey, whose research primarily aimed to understand how animal cells, in attempting to "fix" damaged DNA, can either alter or maintain their genome.I was responsible for maintaining ideal research conditions for various experimental assays (temperature, dilution, etc.), including the organization of DNA substrates.

I was part of the Romero Endocrinology & Stress Physiology Lab's research project aiming to measure differences in European Starlings' stress hormone (corticosterone) production under varying environmental conditions.My responsibilities included gaining familiarity with the avian endocrine system and taking daily vital measurements of research subjects.
