Direct and manage a staff of 80 to include lifeguards, swim instructors, swim coaches, pool managers, and Red Cross Instructors. Manage and control over a half-million dollar annual budget. Increased revenue and productivity within all facilities. Perform daily management activities over aquatic programming, staff training, patron safety, and public enjoyment at recreational areas. Train and give formal presentations regarding workplace practices and technical skills. Direct focus on customer service and satisfaction at all facilities. Manage state-of-the-art facilities which include the newest innovations in aquatic sanitation and water clarification. Coordinate directly with recreational professionals, the District Board of Governors, as well as multiple city and community representatives.
