Spent much of my time coordinating the development of the World Trade Center's storm surge operational plan, and facilitated the onboarding of storm protection systems. Also worked on procurement efforts for landscape services at the site, and developed an implementation matrix for the WTC Bike Plan

Worked on a number of environmental and energy projects that are related to the mission and scope of the Port Authority. Includes accounting water utilities, researching environmental initiatives related to regional goods transportation and the PA's many real estate holdings across NY and NJ, and assisting on projects related to GHG mitigation and water use reduction.

• Conducted prospect research on philanthropic foundations to match conservation projects of Conservation International (CI) with potential grantmaking foundations.• Maintained an up-to-date record of communications between all Foundation Relations staff and other CI employees, managers, and grantmaking partners• Produced a literature review of research on recent trends in foundation grantmaking, and led a presentation outlining best practices in engaging millennials for non-profit participation and giving.

Passaic County, Nj

• Researched and implemented environmental recommendations for the Sustainability Element of the Master Plan for the County of Passaic. • Developed and analyzed maps using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for county fair planning, bike ­lane routes, and address mapping. • Established contacts with municipal administrators to coordinate sustainability initiatives within towns as part of Sustainable Jersey certification. • Communicated and collaborated with senior planners and other administrative and elected officials to complete capital and other projects for the county. • Wrote material, compiled information, and designed trailheads and brochures for parks in the county.
