Implemented new functions for talent acquisition, employee experience, and people operations and technology. Established a new Transaction Project Management Office to support M&A due diligence, acquisition integrations, and divestiture off-boarding. - Assess the global organization, drive culture change, and challenge the way work gets done to enable the company to execute on its growth strategy effectively. Designed and implemented several new company-wide talent programs in full alignment with corporate objectives. - Oversaw HR due diligence and integration for ten acquisitions and two divestitures. Addressed redundancies, improved efficiency, and maximized synergies. - Serve as an active member of Nasdaq's Executive Leadership Team, Diversity Council, ESG Council, Global Risk Committee, Pension Committee, Compliance Council, and serves as Executive Sponsor for Adelante, Nasdaq’s Hispanic employee resource group. Represent Nasdaq leadership at Compensation Committee meetings of the Board of Directors.
