Deliver new product and offerings for national deposit verticals, including serving in Product Development role for Treasury Products. - Facilitate between line of business and Technology & Operations organizations to identify and prioritize strategic needs, determine solution options and ensure delivery of new capabilities. Primary focus on Payments, Receivables and Reporting, including client channel and integration offerings. -Create and lead new Investment Operations team in support of national Escrow line of business with responsibility for settlement and reconciliation of all transactions.

Led Global Product Development organization creating new Treasury Services products for corporate and commercial banking clients globally. Led team of 60+ resources that delivered enhancements for Digital Channels, Payments, Receipts, and Reporting capabilities. Portfolio investment was $150MM - $250MM annually for this most complex and strategic portfolio in the organization. Developed new products through partnerships across all areas of the Corporate Bank. Held functional responsibility for business requirements, solution design, and user testing. Experience delivering projects in Agile (Scaled Agile Framework and LEAN Agile) and Waterfall methodologies.Promoted from leading one team in the Product Development organization to leading the whole Global Product Development team, including five former peers.

Led cross-functional program team of 30+ people to deliver change in Transaction Services, with emphasis on strategic initiatives to migrate from paper to image / electronic transaction processing. Performed all aspects of program and project management, including planning, financial and resource management, testing, implementation, and product launch. I led the execution and delivery of the Check 21 and Image programs that delivered new image capabilities, including client-side remote deposit capture, image cash letter exchange, distributed image capture, and image ATM deposits. Program was first in the industry to market these highly innovative technologies. I was recognized with Bank of America’s “Award of Excellence” and promoted to Senior Vice President in 2006.

Gained extensive project management experience through engagements at financial services clients, including regional, super-regional, and national banks. Projects included new system development, process improvement, and operations consolidation. Involved in execution of technology and operations changes for 5 different bank mergers / acquisitions. Originally hired as Senior Consultant, promoted to Manager, and then to Senior Manager. JPMorgan Chase / Bank One – (Ohio), 2003 – 2004 Directed multiple projects pursuing distributed capture transaction services opportunities in various channels, including banking centers, commercial vaults, international bank locations, merchant / corporate sites, and correspondent banks.— Deployed new capture platform to 1,800 banking centers with 12 regionalized processing centers.Citizens Bank – (Rhode Island), 2002 Developed Check Image Strategy Roadmap as part of a comprehensive enterprise document image implementation. Bank of America – (Illinois and Texas), 2000 – 2001 Managed Transaction Services in Chicago Private Bank transition to Model Bank, including transition of alloperations from the heritage environment in Chicago to multiple target sites across the Midwest. Wachovia Bank – (North Carolina and Georgia), 1997 – 2000Completed multiple projects as a consultant and project manager for technology and operations conversions from bank acquisitions, and new systems development supporting deposit operations.
